YMP Real Estate Management is honored to give Adelaida Perez our prestigious “Award of Merit.” Adelaida, our Assistant Property Manager at Palo Verde Apartments, performed emergency CPR (which she learned from a YMP sponsored training) on an unconscious and unresponsive man at Palo Verde until EMS arrived. Her heroic actions helped save his life!
Ms. Perez went above and beyond, displaying exemplary conduct and incredible poise. We’re proud to have her as a member of the YMP REM team.
